Please follow the step-by-step instructions to add a new member to your chatbot: 


Step 1: Go to your account, click “Organization”, you will see “+Organization”, set a name for the organization, add member and “Save”.  


Step 2: Go to your bot that you want to add a new member to manage your bot, go to “Configuration”/ “General”, choose Owner  


Step 3: Go to “Configuration” > “Collaborators” and assign members to manage bot, you can adjust permission for each member.  


After that, your new member will receive an email to inform about sharing “Collaborators” and use your chatbot as you invited.
