We are planning to have built-in direct payment within bot using Stripe and Paypal, it's part of our release pipeline and it should be released in the near future.
As for now it's always possible to send the user a direct link to process via your favourite payment gateway or you can customise these links using our variables, JSON API actions, and your middleware/our Scripting block (for logic processing).
